We added Rock'n Spas to our existing business holdings in 2000 as a response to what we perceived
as very poor customer service by many of our competitors. Our own personal experiences with trying to purchase and maintain
a hot tub in 1997 was our rationale to "go public" with some long-held family values. Response was immediately overwhelming. We
have tried to add the products and services that our customers require at locations that are convenient yet cost effective.
We are continuing to explore new locations and additional services as the business dictates.
